Kim Flenniken is an energetic, customer-service oriented real estate dynamo. Since beginning her real estate career in 1996, Kim has been a consistent multimillion dollar producer.
A native of Lubbock and a graduate of Coronado High School and Texas Tech University, Kim is very proud of her community involvement - she is a member of the Texas Tech Ex-Students Association, the board of directors of the YWCA, the board of directors of the National Kidney Foundation, the Chi Omega Advisory Board, was the Chairperson for the 2001 Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Business Expo and a graduate of Leadership Lubbock. She is also an avid supporter of the Cactus Theater and very active in her church.
Kim focuses on building her business on kindness and integrity. This, coupled with her spirit, energy and quality customer service, has made her a successful agent. She is a real estate agent clients are pleased to return to AND pleased to refer to others.
