Jack's Bio

Jack Chapman is a lifelong Lubbock resident and a third generation Realtor who entered the real estate field in 1976. He holds the SIOR and CCIM designations and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. His area of specialization includes sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, office and retail space.

Jack is active in the Lubbock Association of Realtors, having served as president and chairman of the board in 1999. He was named Salesman of the Year in 1993. Jack has participated on several committees including Antitrust, Membership, Multiple Listing Service and as Past Chairman of the City-County Commercial Services committee. He formerly served as a district governor for the Commercial Investment Division of the Texas Association of Realtors.

Since becoming a Commercial Agent in 1983, Jack has had the opportunity to work with some of the most recognized names in America. He and his father Ray worked with Levi Strauss Co. in the disposition of over 350,000 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space. JI Case chose the Chapman's to handle the sale of 12 former dealership locations totaling 102,000 square feet, in the Panhandle, South Plains and Permian Basin area. Unisource Worldwide utilized the knowledge of Jack in helping them relocate into 220,000 Square Feet of Distribution Warehouse. Ingersoll-Rand utilized his services to sell their Lubbock, Texas Manufacturing Plant of 238,000 Square Feet. Most recently Dow AgroSciences sold their 86,880 sq .ft. Plainview Plant after the assignment was given to Jack. Many other entities such as AT&T, Popeye's, Tyco, Texas Tech University, Walmart, State Farm , and Keebler Foods have utilized Jack's professional services; recognizing that "Chapman Can".
