Charlotte's passion for home and family led her to pursue residential real estate. A native of West Texas, she graduated from Texas Tech in 1974 with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. With her vast experience in sales and marketing, she believes "the harder you work, the luckier you get."

 Her willingness to work hard to either sell your home or find the perfect house to call home is indicative of her friendly and professional nature. 

She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful daughters, Courtney and Cameron.

 She is experienced in staging homes to sell quickly at the highest price. She is also experienced in updating homes to enhance their character and functionality.
